Computing

At Rye Community Primary School, the Computing curriculum is designed to meet the aims of the EYFS framework and the national curriculum. Its primary intent is to enable children to find, explore, analyse, exchange and present information. The curriculum focuses on developing the skills necessary for children to use information in a discriminating and effective way, ensuring they know more, remember more and understand more in computing to become computer literate by the time they leave primary school.  In addition, the computing curriculum also prepares children to live safely in an increasingly digital world.
